Ticket Purchase Terms & Event Disclaimer
By purchasing and/or using a ticket for the RIP X Card Show, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the event is voluntary and at the ticket holder’s own risk. Ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, damage, accidents, crowd-related incidents, or other hazards that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ticket holder releases, waives, and discharges Rip X LLC, CBC Events, LLC, Durham Bulls Baseball Club, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, event sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, contractors, employees, officers, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event.

Vendor Transactions
Rip X LLC, CBC Events, LLC, and the Durham Bulls are not responsible for transactions, purchases, trades, representations, authenticity claims, pricing disputes, or conduct involving third-party vendors, exhibitors, guests, or attendees. All transactions with vendors are solely between the buyer and seller.

Event Changes / Cancellation
Event dates, hours, attractions, guest appearances, vendors, experiences, and programming are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges except as required by applicable law or expressly stated by event management.

Photography / Video Release
By entering the event, ticket holder grants permission to Rip X LLC, CBC Events, LLC, Durham Bulls Baseball Club, sponsors, media partners, vendors, and authorized third parties to photograph, film, livestream, record, and use the attendee’s name, likeness, voice, image, and appearance in any photo, video, or promotional content now known or later developed, including social media, advertising, websites, and marketing materials, without compensation or further approval.

Code of Conduct
Event management reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee without refund for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Compliance with Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with venue policies, security procedures, prohibited items lists, parking rules, and staff instructions while on premises.

Agreement to Terms
Purchase, possession, or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms by the ticket holder and any accompanying minors or guests under their supervision.
